Terms and Conditions for The Beauty Room's Gift Vouchers

  • Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue (although vouchers bought for Christmas presents will be dated from Christmas Day on request).

  • Unfortunately gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase products/ sale products from within THE BEAUTY ROOMS - GREAT BARR shop. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for the monetary value or treatment written on the voucher.

  • Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in-shop for treatments at THE BEAUTY ROOMS - GREAT BARR.

  • No refunds can be given for vouchers. Damaged or defaced vouchers cannot be accepted. THE BEAUTY ROOMS cannot accept responsibility for loss of vouchers once issued to you.

  • The voucher number must be given to confirm the booking and the usual booking policy applies.

  • The treatment suggestions given for the redemption of gift vouchers is an indication only. THE BEAUTY ROOMS - GREAT BARR reserves the right to alter its pricing or substitute or withdraw treatments at any time without further notice.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights.
